Adding Arrow Signal and Alert Options to An Indicator

Arrow Signal:

• When the colour of the lines of the ribbon changes from green to red, arrow down↓
• When the colour of the lines of the ribbon changes from red to green, arrow up↑

Would like to have the following options:

• Define the colour of the up arrow
• Define the colour of the down arrow
• Define the size of the arrows

• Alert "Up" when arrow up, i.e. the colour of the lines of the ribbon changes from red to green
• Alert "Down" when arrow down, i.e. the colour of the lines of the ribbon changes from green to red

If an arrow shows up on the current (still opened) bar, and disappears after the alert, and reappears on the same opened bar, the alert needs to come up again on the same opened bar.
