Attached are detailed requirements what needs to be done for News Trading. Entire tool is all about stop sell and stop buy pending orders. There are A LOT of tasks to be done, many requests and description of the project is lengthy so please make sure that you will take your time reviewing and understanding each word of entire description.
I would like to particularly emphasize that this is NOT robot of any kind.
