Turn momentum indicator into an EA to open trades

I have a momentum indi that creates arrow signals during periods of market momentum.

I would like this turning into an EA for entering positions (only required to enter not manage or exit as my trade manager will do the rest).

I require a setting to choose the consecutive number of arrows before entering (the indi paints 1x arrow per candle, I would like to choose x number of consecutive candles)

I then need to input a magic number and choose the lot size. I have the .ex4 not .mq4 file.
