Console side Trailing Stop

Hi, I've been looking for an automatic trailing stop that can;

- Execute console side (ie. MT4 terminal rather than setting a TS broker side),

and

- Can apply to any trade in any pair that is opened (either manually, via EA, or an external signal provider). 

As yet I have not been able to find one that meets this criteria so I am interested in having one written / developed.  In addition to the above I would also be interested in having the following features, but it would depend on whether the extra work needed is affordable; 

- Ability to set trailing pips based on factors (ie. a proportional PIP set based on the range over the last x period of time so in situations where there is high volatility the automated TS has enough bandwidth to reduce the risk of it closing early due to an oscillation, pull back or swing).

- Ability to activate only once a trade is in profit.

- Support multiple positions in the same pair (including hedged positions)
