uses channel indicator and divergence. 

the system works on the concept that price must return to a mean value after been extended 

we trade the mean reversion setup.

conditons for trade are simple. 

price must be outside the channel. we only use a valid candle close outside the channel. that is price closed outside the channel

we watch to see if divergence is present. cos most of the time . divergence and price extremes occur simultaneously.

the market would come back to retest the level thus forming a double top or bottom formation. 

sl would be 50 pips above previous high outside the channel indicator for sell. vice versa  for buy.

if trade is taken on 123 reversal pattern. sl  20 pips below point 1 for buy . vice versa for sell.
