Convert Tradingview's Pine script convert to MT4's MQL Language

I want to convert 2 codes from Tradingview's PineScript to MT4's programming language to be used as an EA.

They are two types of candle bars I would like to implement in my trading.  I have to switch back and forth from Tradingview to MT4 to makes trades.  I would like to have these indicators in one place.

Please look at the file and understand the job and let me know if you can understand what an Inventory Retracement Bar based on the material I have provided.
