MT4 Request: Indicator or script that will continously export OHLC bar data to csv file as each new bar is created

Hi,

I would like to have a MT4 indicator or script created that will continously export OHLC bar data to csv files in the following format (YYYY/MM/DD, HH:MM, Open, High, Low, Close).  As each new bar is formed all historical bars including the newly formed bar are to be written to user specified csv files in a user specified directory.   Once exported I will be using another system to analyze the bar data for trade signals.
