Offset Moving Average Entry Robot

I have a request for a strategy using offset EMA's.

I had this same trading strategy made for Trading station and have .LUA app to look at if desired.

1-Places order on price touch of vertical Offset EMA (exponential Moving Average)
2-The offeset EMA may be positive or negative

3-The amount of offset can be specified.
4-Designate which time frame the offset EMA is related to
5-At the fullfilment of the order, stop and Limit orders are placed specified in pips.
6-Sends alert to email, plays sound, shows marker.
7-It should also be able to specify the number of lots for the order.

8-it should have some kind of marker present when active.

9-It has to have the ability to turn off after an entry is made at the touch of EMA so that additional positions are not entered into, leaving the stop and limit. (This is very important,  I expect to use this robot at very specific times to enter into the market once)
