Hello Peter,
there are 2 thing I would like you to update with regards to the EA you just developed for me. First is on entry "technique" and second is exit method.
1. Entries:
Please change the method when the MidPoint is above (for long) or below (for short) closing price of the last bar. The EA shouldn't submit StopOrder but MarketOrder.
Example for long:if MidPoint is calculate at 1.17248 but the closing price of the last bar is below that price e.g. 1.17200 than EA should send MarketOrder with Limitation at the level of MidPoint. I don't know how MT4 works but with on the StockExchange it would be Limit Order with the MidPoint because StockExchange fills such an order the way that if the price is better, it fills the order at better price and if it is worst it sends standard LimitOrder.
2. Exit Method
Long position should be closed when Custom_RSI of the last closed bar is below Custom_RSI of previous bar.
Short position should be closed when Custom_RSI of closed bar is above Custom_RSI of previous bar.
Btw. I noticed there is still some small discrepancy in the RSI calculation. I don't know where it comes from. I will analyze the code and let you know :)
