Specification

This should be a real quick indicator. I want an indicator that will identify Doji's across all time frames based on the following:

1) Taking the full candle's range and subtract the body. 

2) Have an input for the range I want to use for the doji. For example, 50  (Which would be a percent. ex..50%)
3) Have an input for the color.
4) Mark the doji with a dot on the lowest point (down candle)  or highest point (up candle)
5) All time frames.

So, basically, when the indicator is applied, I can input a 50, and any candle that has a body which is less than 50% of the range, would be marked as a doji. 

I used tradestation, and I want to replicate the following indicator:
