Specification

I need a trading bot that makes trades when certain conditions are met on the H4 and H1 timeframe

The main criteria is

1.Buy a .05 lot if 10 period RSI is between or above the 8 and 72 & MA 7 crosses above MA 21

2.Sell aif 10 period RSI is between or below 32 to 28 & MA21 crosses below MA 7

the attached TPL should highlight the technical requirement
