Portfolio of robots (part 3): Multi-platform integration with Nadex, Thinkorswim, Oanda, Marketsworld

I want to build a portfolio of robots (Expert Advisors) for trading various intraday strategies on Forex and Binary Option platforms. This is the sub-project #3 of a bigger project (see my other posts)

• The EA should automatically execute a portfolio of EA strategies on one or multiple platforms (in the following priority order):
• Nadex
• Thinkorswim
• Oanda
• Marketsworld
• The EA should keep track orders and P/L results, so that these data can be later analyzed to determine the most profitable platform   
• [Extra bonus] Identify opportunities for statistical arbitrage between these platforms
