Binary Option EA for MT4

I'm in need of an EA to trade binary on MT4. I have the indicator file (.ex4) and would like to trade when certain criteria is met.

Basically I use the support and resistance and also moving average to trade BO and trade when there are certain conditions met. The EA if in one mode should trade on every lose condition using the martingale strategy and should cater for a draw (repeat same trade). On the other hand, should trade on strict mode when certain conditions are met 

It should also show the number of wins and loses, each martingale level should be considered and 1 trade even if it lost/won on either level 1 - 6 .

It should also have an option for trading times like on my pic, i have a similar EA but only trades using ADX
