EA & script that set a pending order PO & TP

Looking for programmer to code an EA & a script that set a pending order PO & TP at certain time.
PO should have expire time about 15 hour (can be set)
Then EA will set the PO again next day.

EA & Script should be locked for certain account number (can be set in coding)

EA
at 00.00(can be set in coding) hours every day,
EA will open 5(can be set in coding) buy stop, 5 sell stop, 5 buy limit & 5 sell limit

15 pip(can be set in coding) from current price and Set TP  15pip (can be set in coding) & set PO expiry 15 hours ( can be set)
EA should can be locked for certain account number only (can be set in coding)
Range between 1 PO to  another PO should be set in coding also.

Script should open 5(can be set in coding) buy stop, 5(can be set in coding)  sell stop, 5(can be set in coding)  buy limit & 5(can be set in coding)  sell limit
