VERY SIMPLE SCRIPT THAT CLOSE MT4 OR DISABLE TRADING IF A CERTAIN SERVER ERROR APPEARS

I need a very simple script to close automatically MT4 (or alternatively to disable trading for a certain periodo of time or until it's restarted manually) in case the server returns the error "OFF QUOTES". please see the attached image for more info
