Copy binary option trades from MT4 to web platform

I'm looking for a developer who can make a binary options trade copier software (EA, script, or any idea) to copy trades from MT4 to web based platforms. I have an EA, that trade on my MT4 binary options account, but i want to copy my EA's trades to a web based broker platform. The program need to know only to copy immediately the positions that made by my EA, based on the opened lot size in MT4. Other functions not need.

I know there are lot of web based platforms, so i'm very pliant about the web based broker, we can discuss about it which web platform is available to do this. I'm interested in every solution.
