EA with alarms based on running data evaluation

Hello,

I need an EA to be developed for Meta Trader 5. In particular

1. The program must analyze realtime data and do some calculation, every X seconds (X to be set as a parameter)
   
1. ASK price - ASK price recorded 15 sec before
2. Do some math on value of above point (1.1) and determine a BUY or SELL signal (video and audio).
   
3. To raise the BUY/SELL signal, the result of calculation will be compared against a parameter set by the user
   
2. The EA must show the SIGNAL and update it, based on recalculation of point (1) every 15 sec
   
3. The EA must allow the user to BUY, SELL predefined quantities and CLOSE all open positions at any time. Implement 3 buttons for such a purpose
   
4. It must be possible to allow automatic trading, too. The bot must BUY or SELL predefined quantities based on signals, also setting predefined trailing take profit (as delta points of ordered ASK price) and stop loss levels (as delta points of ordered ASK price). Parameters must be set by the user
