I need a script

Hi, I'm looking for a programmer to create both a buy script and a sell script with money management built into both.

Long trades on the 15 minute chart:

5 EMA crosses above the 10 EMA
RSI (9) is greater than 50
Stochastic (10, 3, 3) (slow and simple settings) must be headed up and not in overbought territory
MACD (exponential histogram) (12,26,9) must go from negative to positive OR be negative and start to increase value.

Short trades on the 15 minute chart:

5 EMA crosses below the 10 EMA
RSI (9) is less than 50
Stochastic (10, 3, 3) (slow and simple settings) must be headed down and not in oversold territory
MACD (exponential histogram) (12,26,9) must go from positive to negative OR be positive and start to decrease in value.

Money management:

Each signal to go long or short must have the following money management rules built in:

Each trade risks only 1% of total trading capital.

Entering a long trade automatically enters a stop loss of 20 pips below the entry price
Entering a long trade automatically enters a take profit target of 20 pips above the entry price

Entering a short trade automatically enters a stop loss of 20 pips above the entry price
Entering a short trade automatically enters a take profit target of 20 pips below the entry price
