Range based trader

I am looking for a way tp aiutomatically place trades as follows:

   1) Using the range of the previous 8 candles on 30 minute chart, set the SL for both buy and sell trades 

   2) Based on SL, use a 2x risk to reward ratio to set TP

   3) Run automatically as a preset time (i.e. 8am)

   4) Open for all 7 key EUR pairs 

If possible to do these OCO trades, that would be perfect.

Ideally, this needs to be easy to modify so can be set to run for fundamental news announcements (i.e. change pairs and run time)
