EA that open pending order based on price

Hello,

this is an easy job.

I need an EA that open a counter trend pending order based on these parameter:

Parameters needed:
1. XX Hour of Timing A
2. XX Min of Timing A 
3. XX Hour of Timing B
4. XX Min of Timing B
5. XX Price difference between A and B
6. Lot Size
7. XX pips Price from B
8. TP level
9. SL level
10. XX Hour of Timing C
11. XX Min of Timing C
12. XX hour of Timing D
13. XX hour of Timing D

Pending Sell limit is placed if all condition is fulfilled.

a. Price of Timing B is xx pips ( parameter 5) more than price of Timing A
b. Current Day High is NOT xx pips more than price of Timing B.

Enter Sell limit at Timing C  xx pips ( parameter 7) more than Price of Timing B.

Order expiry at Timing D

Same for the opposite 

Pending Buy limit is placed if all condition is fulfilled.

a. Price of Timing B is xx pips ( parameter 5) less than price of Timing A
b. Current Day High is NOT xx pips less than price of Timing B.

Enter Buy Limit at Timing C  xx pips ( parameter 7) more than Price of Timing B.

Order expiry at Timing D
