Add functionality to existing EA on MT4

Need an expert developer to add a specific functionality to an existing EA (I have the mq4 file).
The additional functionality will need to work additionaly to the pre-existent strategy. 
It's basically an "emergency" strategy that can be activated manually at any time during the main strategy is running. This emergency strategy is meant to help the whole trade to get out at Breakeven or profit in a shorter time. 
The emergency strategy will use a different magic number than the original, so that they can still run independently. The original strategy won't get affected at all by the emergency strategy and its orders. They need to be running completely indipendently. 
The user will need to be able to establish the size of the starting lot for the emergency strategy and a way to create take profit only on the Emergecy strategy trade basket, or on the whole baskets of both original strategy and emergency strategy. 

I will explain the strategy but the developer needs to be willing to be on a call so that I can explain exactly how it should work to avoid confusion. Also the developer need to agree to be committed until the EA Works properly.
