Copie pending orders, when pending orders are realised

Hello,

I need an EA that copies automatically my pending order when it is realised.

So i put myself plenty of pending orders (long or short) en set the TP on 4 points (I do this all by hand) 

Every next step 5 points lower / higher I set a new pending order with TP 4 points
