Bollinger Bands EA

I would like a simple EA that alerts me when price action moves from the top Bollinger Band to the Bottom Bollinger Band and when price action moves from bottom Bollinger Band to top Bollinger Band. EA will count how bars before price reaches the other Bollinger Band. There will a setting to specify Number of Bars. For example if Number of Bars = 15, once price touches bottom Bollinger Band then in 15 bars or less touches top Bollinger band an alert is triggered.

For example If several bars touch the bottom Bolinger Band, the last bar to touch the bottom Bollinger Band will be the 1st bar to start the count. Once price touches the top Bollinger Band, the EA starts looking for the last bar to touch the top Bollinger Band so as to start another count until price touches bottom Bollinger Band. If Number of Bars = 15, if it takes 16 bars or more from bottom Bollinger Band to top Bollinger Band, no alert is triggered. But EA starts looking for last bar to touch Bollinger Band to start another bar count until price touches the other Bollinger Band to trigger alert if Number of Bars setting is correct.

Currency Pairs: (This setting will tell EA which currency pairs to look for set ups e.g. EURJPY, GBPUSD)

Time Chart: (1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day)

Time Filter : True/False (If set to False EA will look for setups non-stop)
