Manipulate data from one symbol permanently

My symbols trading time is 8am-10pm (14 hours per day). I need it with less trading time. For example from 8am - 6pm (10 hours).

 Delete all other data for all timeframes for this symbol permanently and suppress auto-update from MT4. Or if not possible, provide a subfunction which can be called in EA onTick() which detect update and in such case call the script for deleting all unnecessary data before EA continue running.

My EA is M1, but uses also M5,M15,M30,H1,H4,D1.

Example:When an indicator calls MACD  H1 perio=20 calculats current value with

OLD:       14 hours from today + 6 from day before

TARGET: 10 hours from today + 10 from day before

I want with new data run EA + Backtesting!!

Offline Chart+Ranko will not be possible (at all or not that easy or at least not by changing EA or all EA Indicators), as many experts told me.
