An EA to send Push Notifications when OrderProfit meet the conditions

Hello developers,

I would like to program an EA which send PUSH NOTIFICATIONS to me when the following FIRST and SECOND CONDITIONS are met:

(1) Firstly only check all the active Market orders in my account, and their OrderLots size must be 0.01, and their OrderComment (StringFind(OrderComment(),"New",0)==0) is true. If these criteria are true, then please check this order for the FIRST and SECOND CONDITION below:

(2) Please check the highest OrderProfit for every order, they must never go above HighProfit = $1 (never touch above $1)

If the OrderProfit goes higher than HighProfit, then do not track this order, please ignore this trade.
If the OrderProfit has never go higher than HighProfit, then please check the SECOND CONDITION below:

SECOND CONDITION

(3) If the OrderProfit hits below LowProfit = -$3 (less than -$3), then please send PUSH NOTIFICATIONS immediately.
(4) If error message occurs during PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, eg. "4518 — ERR_NOTIFICATION_TOO_FREQUENT" then please re-send SendNotification in 1 minute later.


IMPORTANT REQUEST

(a) SendNotification (PUSH NOTIFICATIONS) must contain the OrderTicket Number and the HighProfit value for that ticket.

(b) Please send only the PUSH NOTIFICATIONS once for each OrderTicket, if it has been sent before, then do not re-send anymore even if the conditions are re-occuring many hours later.
