Custom EA using Custom Indicator

I'm looking for a custom EA built around a custom indicator I have (attached).
The indicator is similar to a moving avg , but displays a different
color (red or blue) depending on the slope direction of the indicator. Screenshot attached as well.

I would like the EA to have 2 instances of this custom indicator , each
set at different user defined properties periods (i.e.Default 20 and 200). 
You will need to make changes to the indicator to support this.

The EA will have a user property for the default StopLoss and Take Profit in pips (both default 50) and
support both 3 and 5 digit brokers that could possibly override the CLOSE
logic described below depending on the value I choose to set it at.
The Stoploss and TakeProdit  should be placed at the time of OpenOrder() (not as an update , my brokers are not ECNs)
No trailing stop or break even methods are needed.

If neither the SL or TP for an order is hit, the Open/Close conditions will be based on the following logic.

LONG ORDERS
The EA will  place a  market order BUY  order (if no other orders are open) the moment BOTH indicators indicate BLUE and CLOSE any LONG open orders for that Magic Number  if **EITHER** instance of the custom indicators turn RED .

SHORT ORDERS
The EA will place a market SELL order (if no other orders are open) the moment BOTH indicators indicate RED and CLOSE any SELL orders for that Magic Number if **EITHER** instance of the custom indicator turns BLUE .

The EA will work on whatever time frame the chart it is attached to is set on.
