API /FIX Protocol__ Price feed for arbitrage software

Hi

I need a to change my current EA.  I currently have an arbitrage EA that is working by comapring MT4 to MT4 prices of brokers. I need my EA to connect to servers like Rithimic or  Truefx.com or any server that can provide faster price updates. It seems that broker to broker comparison does not give enough gap in terms of time and prices between the brokers. I need my EA to connect straight to dta feed and ignore the whole MT4 architecture so that the data feed acts as the master.  I would hope that the coder has done this before and knows that particular data feed qoutes are ahead of any MT4 broker. The EA is already coded and I  like how it operates, the only thing to do is to connect it to the feed and let it trade. So there is nothing else to do on the EA  in terms of making trading decisions except adapting it's connection to recieve qoutes. The important thing is that the speed of the EA should not be compromised and the way/speed it recieves the prices from the feed should be the most fastest.
