Automated Order Flow Analysis Indicator

Dear experienced MQL4 programmers,

I am looking for a very good indicator-programmer/developer. 

I want to make the progress as described in THIS article automated in MT4 with the choice of using either the 8 EMA or 12 +5 MA.

The indicator have to be able to display the Daily/Weekly and Monthly currency strength (order flow), as well as history.

The end product have to be an "indicator box" that displays the strength (order flow) of the 8 major currencies. Example: AUD +7, CAD -5, CHF -2, EUR 0, GBP +2, NZD +7, USD +2, JPY -6.

It also have to automatically combine the strongest against the weakest currencies.

I will give further detailed instructions to the hired developer, with pictures etc for easy understanding and progress.

User experience is important.

This will be a paid indicator in the Market, which I will give 50% of the monthly revenue to the developer.
