Mt4 Trade copier application running as a service or web app

Hi there, I’m looking to create / setup an application / web based thing that connects to the broker MT4 server just like MT4 application does BUT without MT4 full client. Idea being that i have a master account on the top where i open trades and i want the then have slave accounts under me copying my trades. i know i can achieve this using a trade copier and running multiple mt4 on a VPS etc but that is not what i want i was a minimal resource load per account so a login command, and trade send open / close / modify. no charts no EA's etc clients put their account number in with password and MT4 server IP or DNS name and the application connects. the same as 3rd party Myfxbook or FXblue pull read only data. this would be a web service connecting and sending trades. this would allow us to use multiple brokers and adjust for slippage and pair mapping, use Risk settings etc, pretty much the same as FXblue trade copier BUT I want this to be a cloud based application. So a website or a application running as a service, with a Top level where I can make changes to all accounts underneath, group accounts by client / signal provider and make changes from the top down. Clients should be able to login via website and add their broker account number, master password and server IP or DNS name. then they can set risk multipliers etc.

For now I want to know if you can help me, or point me maybe to some developers who could? Or tell me if its possible with current MT4 servers, I know MQL is open source but is the login part open also that I could build an application for it?

Please help or point me somewhere, I understand this will be a large project and cost I would like to try my best or see if its possible.
