How to turn my trading into signals to be sent to Whatapps or Telegram

I have one script to send my trading signals to e-mail.

Anyway I can turn them to be sent to What apps or Telegram?

The reason is, I do not want to manual write my signals and paste to Whatapps or Telegram.
