Custom Indicator

I'm in need of a customer indicator to give me a signal based on parameters from two other custom indicators in MT4. If testing is pleasing, I would eventually want to use this indicator to copy signals to my binary options platform and place trades as well, so if you're skilled in such scripting, that would be a plus as we can work on that project too.
