IntegrateEA from 2 different EAs

This project is to fix bugs, add parameters, and modify parameters.

1.       Replace Dailyfx calendar & forexfactory calendar download with myfxbook calendar in AutomateEA

2.       Replace 2 icustom code indicators with other mq4 indicators, and add DisableIndicator2 and DisableIndicator3 in CreateEA

3.       Add parameter code in CreateEA for RecoverMaxTrade and AutoRecoveryTrade (find out minimum broker trailing points)

4.       Add parameter TradableBalancePercent = 100 in CreateEA's money management

5.       Integrate AutomateEA into CreateEA and name it IntegrateEA

6.       Use AutomateEA money management for both EAs

7.       Add a code for MT4 TERMINAL TESTER ONLY
