Specification

I have a signal from an excel sheet. Everytime the signal changes, a new .txt file is written (eg. EURUSDSignal1.txt, containing only the number of lots to go long or short. The text files are numbered eg EURUSDSignal1.txt, EURUSDSignal2.txt, EURUSDSignal3.txt

Now I need a simple EA which does the following:


1.       Constantly checks if a new .txt file has been written (some 5-10 signals per day)
2.       Reads the content of the file (just one number: eg:+/- or Zero
3.       Instantly goes long or short the number of lots (P) and creates a take profit of (P+X%) and a stop loss of (P-Y%) on that order
4.       If X or Y reached, trade is closed and no new trade opened until new signal comes in

5.       If signal goes back to Zero, trade is closed at market


Adjustable parameters: X, Y, P

 

Suggestions for other ways to get signal from Excel to MT4 are of course welcome.
