Hi guys, I am looking to have two files developed. I would like an EA AND an indicator for the detail below and I would like quotes for the work please.

The EA will be a moving average cross EA which only trends in the direction of a trending market.

I want the EA to identify trending markets and trade only in the direction of the trending market.

I don't want the EA to open any trades during a ranging market. 

When a trend has been identified, I want the EA to open a trade when two moving averages cross (when the fast MA crosses the slow MA) - in the direction of the trend only.

The trade can only be opened once the candle has closed, providing that the fast moving average has closed through the slow moving average. 

A trade will be closed once the averages cross the other way or the stop loss/take profit target is hit.

Variables for EA:

Trend Identification

MA1 - fast (options for various moving averages, type of average, period etc) 

MA2 - slow (options for various moving averages, type of average, period etc) 

Lot Size

Take Profit

Stop Loss

Trailing Stop

Option to close trade when reverse signal occurs

Max orders open per market

Alert?

Mail?

Push Notification?

The indicator will work the same way as the EA, except only provide an alert, and/or email, and/or push notification.

An example alert message (string concatenation) would read: [SIGNAL]+[BUY/SELL]+#[Market]+@+[PRICE]+[TP]+[SL]+[TIME/DATE] 

I want the hashtag (#) to be included before the market so it works in twitter.
