MT4 : to broker 4 and 5 digits

I NEED OF THE FOLLOWING SCRIPT:

Function: move the stop loss up to a price determined after the user enters a position to buy or sell, based on the price that the user entered in the this position to buy or sell

example:
Stop Loss - 1.3840
Buy Entry - 1.3880

Parameters of script
Signal - 15 PIP
New Stop Loss - 10 PIP

When the price reaches 1.3895 (1.3880 + 15 PIP) the script moves of a new stop loss to 1.3850 (1.3880 +10 PIP).

If the New Stop Loss value is equal to 0 (zero), the script moves the stop loss to the input value, in this example the price would be 1.3880 (1.3880 + 0 PIP)
