Sniper EA

I need someone to make an EA for me:

We need the 50 period moving average on the daily, 4H and 1H charts all be trading on the same place (all below the 50MA or all above the 50 MA). 

we enter a trade on the 5M timeframe that closes below/above the first bar that closes below/above  the 50 MA.

For example. on EURUSD on the daily the price is below the 50 MA, 4H is below and 1H is below the 50 MA.

Now if we look at the 5M timeframe the price is above the 50 MA. We enter the trade the second bar that closes below the first bar that closes below the 50 MA.

20 pips Take profit and 20 pips stoploss. (STEALTH TP AND SL)

Risk 1% per trade.   

This EA only trades between 9 AM and 11 AM  when london session opens. (GMT+2)
