EXAMPLE.

DISTENCE PENDING ORDER 30PIP
LEVEL 1 : LOT 0.01 TP 50  PRICE 1.9000 TP 1.8950
LEVEL 2 : LOT 0.02 TP 50  PRICE 1.9030 TP 1.8980
LEVEL 3 : LOT 0.03 TP 50 PRICE 1.9060 TP 1.9010
LEVEL 4 : LOT 0.05 TP 50 PRICE 1.9090 TP 1.9040

1. went i open chart. i start instand order sell level 1 at price 1.9000 set TP50 take profit at price 1.8950.
2. after that,i standby 3 pending order(sell limit) such as :- 
                                         - level 2 pending order(sell limit) LOT 0.02 TP 50 at PRICE 1.9030 TP 1.8980
                                         -  LEVEL 3 pending order(sell limit) LOT 0.03 TP 50 PRICE 1.9060 TP 1.9010
                                        -  LEVEL 4 pending order(sell limit) LOT 0.05 TP 50 PRICE 1.9090 TP 1.9010
3.when price not go down, but price go up and hit level 2 Pending order at price 1.9030 TP 1.8980 . this pending order will active and open. in level 2, this TP 1.8980 right?? now i will change level 1 TP at price same level 2 is 1.9010.
4.after that, price go up again and hit level 3. so that PENDING ORDER OPEN wtih TP 1.9010. and then
  in TP LEVEL 1 and 2 i will change their TP like level 3 is TP 1.9010.
5.When hit level 4, i do same change TP level 1, 2, 3, same to level 4 is TP 1.9040.
6. so when price hit TP.
7. cycle will return to first step level 1 again and again after TP.
this i do manual.
