Not so simple EA

1. The EA would trigger the grid setup once specific lot size was opened (initiallot=0.12). If buy position was manually opened with 0.12 lot, the EA will place (i=1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4,1.5,1.6,1.7,1.8) 8 buy limit positions (could be more depending on input) with (step=100) 100 pips gap each.
