MT5 EA Developer for XAUUSD Multi-Timeframe Strategy with Risk Management

I am looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to build a fully automated MT5 Expert Advisor for XAUUSD.

The trading rules are already defined. I need the developer to implement them accurately in MQL5, not redesign the strategy.

Main requirements:

• XAUUSD
• Multi-timeframe logic: H1 direction, M15 setup, M5 entry
• Entry only after candle-close confirmation
• No repainting / closed-bar logic
• Configurable Stop Loss and Take Profit
• Fixed lot and automatic risk-based lot sizing
• Adjustable risk % per trade
• Break-even function
• Trailing stop
• Maximum open trades
• Maximum trades per day
• Maximum daily loss protection
• Spread filter
• Trading-session filter
• Magic number and order comments
• Push notifications
• CSV trade logging
• Strategy Tester compatibility
• All important parameters configurable from EA inputs

The EA should also handle normal operational cases correctly, including terminal/EA restart and existing EA positions.

• Short setup/instructions document
• Bug fixing for issues related to the agreed specification
