Convert Indicator from Mql4 to Mql5

Hello Everyone:

I would like to convert my old (MT4) EX.4 indicator, into an (MT5) EX.5 file. I would like it to work on the MT5 Platform flawlessly, just like the original MT4 Platform. 

The indicator has been partially completed into (MT5) EX.5 file (If Needed). But the indicator is filled with bugs and does not behave 100%, like my old MT4 EX.4 indicator. I need a good programmer to fix all the bugs, (Or start from scratch If Needed) and complete the logic 100% identical to my old MT4 Indicator. Thanks.
