OTC Market Analyzer & Telegram Signal Sender

I need a developer to create a signal-generation bot that analyzes OTC pairs using trend, momentum, volatility, and candle-pattern conditions.
The bot does not place trades. It only sends Buy/Sell signals to a Telegram channel.

Signal Output Must Include:

• Pair

• Action: Buy or Sell

• Timeframe

• Expiry (number of candles)

• Confidence percentage

• Session

• Strategy mode
