Editing job for indicator

i have one indicator which i want to edit and add some options ,i want indicator to show over bought oversold and flat trend in three different buffer and with three mtf options with option for three different value input for every options i want this indicatorin separate window ,indicator must show the signal of lower timeframe in the higher time frame chart ,for example if i want to see what is signal in 10minute chart in one hour chart then it should be shown in one 1hour chart ,  and moreover i want true and false options for every mtf options .i want buy signal if TSI signal line crosses the upper set level and sell signal if TSI signal line crosses the below set level and when TSI line is in between the two level then signal should be flat. 

there are three option for three time frame and they all should be work in combination for example:- if my chart is open in 1hour time frame then if suppose in first option i choose 2 hour and in this if signal is buy  in second i choose 4hour and in this if signal is buy and in third i choose 8hour andand in this if signal is sell the overall signal should be flat ,buy or sell signal only shown if in all three options match and all three options should be true ,if i choose only one option should be true then the signal should be shown only of true option not the other two option because they are false.
