EA for indicator

I like to have an EA that opens trade whenever the indicator issues a BUY (up) arrow or SELL (down) arrow.  Please attach the indicator on chart and you will see the BUY and SELL arrows (issues at the close of the bar); EA should immediately initiates BUY or SELL trades (probably around the open of the next price bar).  Please don't modify the indicator and have the EA only open trades corresponding to the indicator' signals.  EA needs the followings:  Max trades allowed, EA initiates BUY or SELL trade corresponding to the indicator BUY arrow or SELL arrow.  It could have many opened active trades whether a BUY trade next to a BUY trade or any combination of BUY and SELL trades as long as it is allowed up to the max number of trades.  When EA opens a trade, it should draw an arrow on the chart.  Opened trade will be closed by S/L1 or T/P1.  If a trade closed in a loss then the next trade (does not matter if it is a BUY or SELL trade)  that EA opens should have the Lotsizemultiplier applied to the lot size of the previous trade and this trade will be closed by S/L2 or T/P2.  This cycle will be done only one time, i.e. if this trade turns out to be a loss or profit then it should be resume back to the normal trading inputs for the next trade.  Provide alert sound and text message with currency name and time frame.  EA's inputs should include: Lotsize, Lotsizemultiplier, max trade, S/L1, T/P1, S/L2, T/P2, indicator input for fastEMA, slowEMA, signalEMA, money mangement options. Draw arrow on chart when EA opens trade.
