Convert tradingview to ninjatrader 8

hello great developer 

Hi I'm going from tradingview pinescript (I'll post the code) Need it converted to ninja trader 8. It's an Al brooks concept.

Wanting it to print arrows above (for bullish) and below (for bearish) the candles that are "shaved" candles. The candle closes all the way at the top or bottom of the candle.
