В советнике есть возможность интеграции сторонних индикаторов! Необходимо индикатор внедрить в него, чтобы советник открывал сделки по сигналам данного индикатора. Есть небольшая видео-инструкция. И советник и индикатор в наличии, ничего разрабатывать не нужно.
