Single MA Cross indicator for TradingView / Pinescript /

I would like Trading view indicator created - Also I would like this completed in a few days 2/3 days ideally

I had another developer who turned out to be time waster, please if you can't do the job let me know before you start, thanks 

It’s a simple MA cross indicator

Its 1 EMA crossover indicator

I would like settings as follows 

Variable 1

Trend filter MA -  - This is to allow only short or long signals depending on weather price is below this MA , e.g. if MA is 200 and price is below 200, it will only show short positions and only give short signals,

Variable 2

EMA/ close/ open - which ever number I choose e.g. 50

I also want an arrow to be printed when this condition above occurs

At the close of the candle.,

Variable 3

I want a secondary type of alert, once the candle has closed above MA and not touched the MA with wick or body I want an alert at the close of that candle

I will send screen shots once I have selected a developer with 2 different alert settings
