Simple EA without Indicators based on previous Daily Candle

We are looking for a developer for a simple EA that analyses the previous day's candle and then places a pending order on the current day at the New York Midnight Open (6:00 CET). Trades are closed at a fixed time or after the percentage profit has been reached. 

What needs to be done?

1.) Analysis of the previous day's candle

2.) Signs (Lines) of PDH/PDL, Midningt Open and NYMO

3.) Setting pending orders

4.) Taking profits when xx % is reached or closing at xx:xx Time

5.) Trailing by %
