Renko MA crossover with fischer EA needed

Specification

Need an EA consisting of:

2 moving averages with these settings 
  • Period 1, Shift 0, exponential, applied to open
  • Period 150, shift 0, exponential, applied to close
A Fischer_Yur4ik_2 (Attached)
  • Period 150
Stop Loss
  • Equals 'X' percent of total trade (Option to change X in settings).
  • Only becomes active once price reaches 'X' amount of pips (Option to change X in settings). 
An option in the settings to change the lot size
An option to disable and enable the fischer (true or false / on or off)

Able to work on a dax M2 offline chart feeding from a renko live chart M1 (dax). 
 

Buy = MA crossover (1 MA above 150 MA) IF fischer > or = 0 (Green)

Note: Do not enter if fischer turns green (>0) after the MA crossover candle.

Sell = MA crossover (1 MA below 150 MA) IF fischer < or = 0 (Red)

Note: Do not enter if fischer turns red (<0) after the MA crossover candle. 

Exit = MA crossover (fischer not relevant) OR Stop loss
