Specification
The Pictures Explained:
- First Picture = My Current Setup
- Second Picture = You'll notice there are no candles appearing in that area, this is what you have to achieve. Here I have highlighted it white for the purpose of clarity but your job is to turn it black and have text appear on top.
The Job Requirements: MT4 / MQL4
1) I need some type of chart object to overlay the candles for a portion of the chart on MT4. The candles must disappear into the background
2) I then need my current text to overlay the chart object in question so that the data is displayed clearly without interference from the candles.
3) I would like the object in question to overlay the Entry Price, Profit Target & Stop Loss lines that appear on the chart, just for that portion of the chart where the object resides also.
4) This must be achieved without the use of an external indicator, everything must be built in natively as I plan to sell my EA soon and I require this for ease of setup for any non-technically minded end-user.
5) What this also means is that I dont want to have to have added files to certain root folders because that means any end user that purchases the EA will have to go through the hassle of setting up.
Technical:
- Currently my chart is Black
- The object created must also be Black, and as mentioned above with the candles simply disappearing behind it.
How This Will Work / My Terms & Conditions:
- You do the work necessary from your end and send me the code to test on my end. I will then report back ASAP on whether it has been successful or not.
- You must be available immediately, prioritizing this job above all others and look to complete the work within 24 hours.
- I will provide you with my "Chart Objects" code only. You DO NOT get access to the entire source code / Expert Advisor.
- Ideally you work with "Chart Objects" only, which is a Void / Function that I call onTick to update the data contained within it. If extra functions are required its fine, just explain what needs to be applied and where.
- If any edits are required we simply repeat the process. This work and communication is completed via MQL5 website only and that way my IP is protected and you will be paid for your work.
