Basic Timebreakout systeme with couple input

I need a classical breakout ea i put all the settings i want below very classical 

WARNING: 
1: when i do ///////////////XXXXX///////////////// i mean i want the ea to have in the input , a visual well display settings split by categorie as it is in the settings below 

2:only dev with 30+ jobs and low arbitration will be consider 

3: i will have many update to do on the project once deliver i need a dev that will want to be rehire many times accross the next two month

Breakout Strategy

• Signal Expiry Time:
  (Don’t allow new signals after this specified time)

Stop Loss & Take Profit Settings

SL/TP Based on Box Size:

• Stop Loss Coefficient of Box:
  (Set SL as a multiple of the breakout box size)

• Take Profit Coefficient of Box:
  (Set TP as a multiple of the breakout box size)

Partial Take Profit Settings:
use partial at the place of normal tp : true/false

• First Partial TP - % of Order Closed:
  (Percentage of the position closed at first TP level)

• First Partial TP - Coefficient of Box:
  (First TP level as a multiple of the breakout box)

• Second Partial TP - % of Order Closed:
  (Percentage of the position closed at second TP level)

• Second Partial TP - Coefficient of Box:
  (Second TP level as a multiple of the breakout box)

Additional Filters

• Day of the Week Filter:
  (Specify which days of the week the EA can operate)

• Month of the Year Filter:
  (Specify which months the EA can operate)

Visual Settings

• Draw PnL on Chart After Trade Closes:
  (Display profit and loss on the chart when a trade closes)

• Draw Breakout Box on Chart:
  (Choose to visually display the breakout range on the chart)

• Box Color:
  (Choose the color of the breakout box)

• Show Real-Time PnL for the EA:
  (Display the running profit and loss of the EA on the chart)
